About me

At 21, I am both a student and an active practitioner in Software Engineering and Team Leadership at ČVUT FIT. My approach combines a technical mindset with strategic acumen, aimed at delivering solutions that matter. Fascinated by the mechanics of developing and the dynamics of team leadership, I am driven to refine and apply these skills in real-world scenarios.

My leadership experience spans from guiding a team of software engineers in developing a complex cloud-based information system to organizing events and managing a team of camp counselors. These roles have not only honed my team leadership and collaboration skills but also sharpened my problem-solving abilities, enabling me to address challenges with a unique blend of creativity and pragmatism. As I continue to build on these experiences, I seek opportunities to contribute to innovative projects and grow as a leader in the process.

    My alma mater is the Faculty of Information Technology, where I am currently pursuing a bachelor degree Software Engineering and Managerial Informatics.

    2014 — 2022

    I attended an eight-year general studies program. Throughout my tenure, I was elected as the president of the student council. This leadership role not only taught me numerous valuable lessons but also provided me with the opportunity to work on various important projects that contributed to the school community.

    2024 — Present

    Leading a team of five software engineers to build a complex cloud-based information system from scratch, managing all project phases to ensure timely and effective implementation.

  2. Computer Science Instructor

    2024 — Present

    Teaching programming and computer science principles to students as part of the Junior Computer Academy program. Designing and delivering interactive lessons, mentoring students in hands-on coding projects, and fostering a passion for technology and problem-solving.

    2020 — 2022

    Spearheaded the creation of the council’s social media presence from scratch, initiated a direct feedback system for teachers, led council projects, and facilitated communication between the school administration and students to enhance the educational experience.

    Started as a counselor and advanced to co-head counselor at various English summer camps, leading and mentoring diverse groups. Concurrently taught English to students of all ages at a language school in Bratislava, focusing on immersive learning experiences and fostering language proficiency.
